If you're returning a product for any given reason then you must contact us first via email to detail the reason. We'll then email you a PDF document containing a prepaid return postage label if the return is due to fauty goods. If returning due to change of mind then return postage will not be provided and nor will a rend be issued until the goods are in our hands.
Once received, we'll issue you a refund to the account that the purchase was made from (where/ if possible). If Items are not returned to us then we will NOT be able to issue a refund or replacement of goods.
If possible, where items are damaged, a replacement product will always be issued first.
Please include your full name, address, email address, phone number and proof of purchase where possible within all returns. Refunds will then be issued in the same format that purchase was made where possible.
